Learners must get the knowledge given by their teachers. The surrounding they are in is the determining factor for their positive progress. In the learning facilities, the conducive learning environment is created by individuals who take part in the management of the institution who can offer these offers at no charge or with a charge. The partners involved in the success are trainers, region representatives, academicians and governing the body of the institution. They do this to give information on weakness and strengths of students. All this play a role in school improvement services.

An institution should have a well-described system of government where the role of each and every staff is clearly stated out. It should be stable where it will not occasionally be changed, and the management should include teaching and non-teaching staff this will bring knowledge from diverse areas together this will improve how things will be conducted. They should also equip the students with what they need during learning process

Motivation on performing teachers and principals should be part of the learning center. This will give them morale to help the institution to achieve its mission and visions. The staff found incompetent are kicked out and a replacement done immediately will competent ones. Also, teachers with experience or with knowledge about the topic must be used because they will be able to deliver the topics without any problem.

Teachers play a key role in raising the standard of services offered in the institutions because of this they are equipped with the knowledge during workshops which they attend. During the training, they are provided with thorough practice, formative evaluations and guide or commoner feedback. They should also provide the students with tan ordered program of study.

Leaders of education, for example, the district officer are given training on ways to better a learning institution. He can be trained in a field like developing leading skills, giving and delivering instruction, to consult performance and evaluating a program. After that, they are given responsibilities to exercise their abilities on running a learning center for it to prosper.

The head of the learning centers should go a through training on the handling of social capital, resources and human capital whose mismanagement can cause a learning center to become extinct. They got training on ways to analyze a talent employment process, tap talent, forecasting talent judging a particular attitude, institution facilitation and being role models.

The place that has many different talents is a learning institution which should be nurtured to avoid their loss. They should be protected for some may be used for the success of the institution. When this is achieved, the learners are motivated.

There should be a secure system in the institution which makes sure that there is an assessment of student progress. This can be done after constant intervals inform of examinations or questionnaires to for students to write their review concerning a certain topic or teaching staff. This will help the administration to focus on their neglected areas to meet students demands, and the student will take their studies with extra care.
