And the fact that they are not allowed to date. Makes it more difficult. They must observe utmost purity to get a partner who will marry them. With the few tips explained below you can find the right partner.

Be civilized. This means to be someone who respects others and their opinions. When in the presence of a potential partner let them know that you value their presence and would like to engage in a conversation with them. In as much as you are expected to be relaxed do not make any comments that could be offensive.

Be active in various activities. Do not just sit at home and wait for a partner to come knocking at your door. Get involved. Participate in volunteer work in the community. That way you will meet people your age and interact with them at a personal level. Somebody in that group might fall for you, be open to talk with them and get to know each other better.

Patience. Do not give up just because it seems like nobody is noticing you or wants to be your partner. Maybe the right person is still out there, and all you need is just a little bit more patient. Rushing into quick decisions might lead you into being with a wrong person. Do not be in a hurry, take as much time as possible to study someone before getting into marriage.

Do not do it alone. Getting help from someone else on such matters of marriage is inevitable. Mostly involve your parents in your quest. Let them know your intentions and the type of person you are looking for. They might drop a few clues for you to look into, which will go a long way in helping you find a partner.

Search online. The internet has platforms where people meet and get to know each other. Do not be shy, venture into such sites and you will be linked to people like you. Create a good profile for yourself and be sure to actively engage in conversations either by video calls, direct messages or even comments on your profile. If you get to like someone, arrange how you can meet them in person.

Find a good chaperone. In Islam, you are not allowed to meet with someone of the opposite sex and be alone. You need to have a third party. Therefore, as you decide on picking a chaperone, pick the right person. Do not let the person you are meeting be intimidated by that person. Always seek the advice of your potential partner when bringing along a chaperone.

Prayer should not be ignored in the search for a partner. Even as you follow up on the things explained above, put your trust in Allah, and He will provide the right person for you. Furthermore, do not ignorantly get into marriage. Make sure you are well prepared to deal with all the challenges that come with it. Seek advice before and after marriage from Imams, your parents and other elders.
