It is entirely normal for people to go through stages of life. This are developments that would help them build their personality until they became adults and they have their live figured out. The beginning stage where most kids improve mentally and acquires maturity is when they became young adults at the age of late nineties till they reach their early twenties. This would apparently be one of the most challenging area of growth knowing that there is going to be so many changes, physically, emotionally, mentally and socially. Anxiety may come hand in hand with depression where this allows person to feel extreme fear, trauma, panicking and more. Because of that feeling, they often became unresponsive to people and are overly emotional when alone. Room with lots of people makes them uneasy too and usually gets social anxiety.

Eating disorders has two types, bulimia and anorexia. Bulimia is something where a person would binge eat and purge it right after. Anorexia on the other hand is not eating or eating only small amounts of food. This are common with women due to social pressure they often feel from the environment they are in or could be from their peers.

These things are serious and could be a reason of bigger problems for the individual and family on the long run. To prevent anything bad from happening, it is best to have those family members having such sign to be checked by experts. That way they are helped with medication and treatment for their unwanted thoughts.
