If you spend most of your time sitting on your desk, you need to find ways to stretch your body. For instance, you can engage in workouts after work. Take a vacation once in a while. If you work for a long time without having some time for yourself then your mind and body will breakdown. But if you choose to have vacations once in a while, you will notice that your mind will relax and so will your body and they will both experience rejuvenation.
