A fully healthy person has all these 3 running at an optimum level; mental health, physical health and spiritual health. Traditionally, if one or all of them malfunction, they get treated separately. For example, psychologists treat mental health, physicians treat physical health and religious healers treat spiritual health through methods like remote reiki healing. Unlike conventional regeneration methods that target a specific health, holistic repair addresses a person as a whole, that is, their body, spirit and mind at the same time.

The overall health of a human being is affected by a lot of things, they can either be physical, non-physical or both. Those who want to try to create a balance should follow this guide. They should avoid unhealthy food, exercise, get enough rest and live in a clean environment to be physically healthy.
