Traveling In A Sleeper Bus To The Worlds Most Romantic Destinations

By Diane Price

Taking a very long bus ride on an upright seat can be a rather unpleasant and tiring experience as it is often difficult to fall asleep upright. Not to mention aches and pain from trying to sleep in an uncomfortable position. Not if you take a sleeper bus to enjoy the Worlds Most Romantic Destinations.

Traveling by sleeper bus solves this problem as the double-decker vehicle has both upright seats and bunk beds so that you can sleep more comfortably in a stretched out position. In the United States, these vehicles are known as band buses and musicians would often travel to gigs from city to city carrying the entire team of artists, technicians, and crew and have fun at the same time. A rock n roll chariot.

Many bands produce these coaches, like Mercedes Volvo as an example. They are no doubt a safe way to travel at high speeds and with great suspension, breaks and AC you could quite comfortably sleep and simply wake up upon arriving at your destination.

Young and adventurous travelers such as backpackers make use of this mode of transport while exploring countries such as India. Most Indian citizens, by sheer population, cannot afford the luxury of air travel and therefore it is an affordable and widely used mode of transport. Asia by large makes great use of this travel method.

Most transport companies are lined up right next to each other all offering the same service to the same or similar destinations. This goes to show just how popular it is to travel this way in the east, and that there is no real competition between the companies. It really just comes down to which bus arrives first. Every 20 minutes there is a bus arriving and a bus departing. Therefore, there is little need to book in advance. You can be ordering a curry one minute and decide to travel to Goa the next.

When traveling in foreign countries it is comforting to know that there is enough space for you to keep your luggage with you on a sleeper bed. But be sure to check the duration and time you are traveling. On many busses, you book either a seat or a bed, and there is little room to sit up in the bed. You would have to be satisfied laying down for the full trip. In fact, traveling on a nightrider is an excellent way to travel if you are going on a holiday and don t want to waste any days traveling. Enjoy the days to the fullest and sleep at night while traveling to your next destination.

Hiring a whole coach for friends and family as a way to travel together would be a wonderful way to see the countryside of the places you travel too. Think back to the days of flower power or the rolling stones, like-minded friends socializing and jamming to their favorite tunes while making headway on a nightrider.

You could travel this way almost anywhere in the world, truly get to explore the land of the country while getting enough good sleep and at the same time-saving money in doing so. As the saying goes its all about the journey, not the destination.
